Theme: Prey
Stalk a legendary beast into the depths of the Kalduhr forest. Survive that which hunts you in turn. Discover which you possess: the keen teeth of a predator or the soft meat of prey.

Sarah Bolling is a writer and editor based in New York City. She wrote “The Shoreditch Slugger” for The Between and “Blood & Black Gloves” for Brindlewood Bay, in addition to further contributions to Public Access and The Silt Verses. Her work is fueled by her quadruplicate love of the uncanny, the campy, the sumptuous, and the sordid.

A governess of Naganeh has invited your patron to an elaborate garden party at her summer estate for a topiarian celebration. Your patron sends you instead.

Darren Brockes is a writing instructor in Chicago, but you'll be forgiven for mistaking him as the shadow lingering in the corner. If he's writing, it's likely under duress or the influence of something otherworldly. He also famously owns a print copy of Trophy Dark.

Plague came to Brechtstilie, and the town is all but abandoned. The town’s treasure: yours for the taking. All you have to do is avoid the plague.
